Military Cadres

Military Cadres - Drafts are two years of military service: every year about 400,000 young Chinese and Chinese must join voluntarily or against their will. The recruitment to recruitment ratio is uncertain and may vary from year to year due to local conditions and individual reasons.

Volunteers may enter military service for patriotic reasons, hardships and lifestyles, stable employment to improve their economic situation, future education and financial benefits, family traditions, or to accelerate their path to becoming a member of the Chinese Communist Party

. , may offer better career opportunities after military service. In 2014, the PLA began creating the rank of "master chief" or "sergeant major" to retain experienced and reliable NCOs to assist platoon, company, battalion commanders, and senior commanders in leadership and training responsibilities.

These senior HHs represent the staff of the department. In addition, HHGs are now posted as officers and adjutants at battalion headquarters and above, along with their officer counterparts in all services, including the Rocket Force.

What is considered? The cadets conducting the inspection have standards and will measure bedding, soiled shirts and shorts, and dust in certain areas of the room. Floor for cleaning. Learn how cadets make their own beds.

The first BCT transitions from civilian life to military life at the cadet camp under the direction of senior cadets. Military customs and courtesies, the Cadet Honor Code, Air Force Heritage and Room Inspections may be new areas of study for many, but all cadets are tested on their knowledge and

they must be proficient in drill, rifle and hand-to-hand competitions. and parades On Fridays, squads compete against each other in competitions to test teamwork, such as distance races, logic relays and squads. These activities, combined with daily physical conditioning, prepare cadets to face the physical and mental demands of the second phase of the BCT, the training year and, ultimately, Air Force life.

Second Bct

Basic Cadet Training (BCT) is the first of many challenges at the US Air Force Academy. It is a six-week indoctrination program designed to transform new cadets, also known as basic cadets, from civilians to military academy cadets ready to enter the four-year officer induction program.

Pushing their physical, emotional and mental limits, Master Cadets will become highly disciplined and physically fit Fourth Class Cadets, ready for acceptance into the Cadet Wing. Basic cadet training is divided into two distinct phases: The PLA is currently expanding its civilian contingent to over 20,000, which has been reported continuously since 2006. In 2018 there were 5,700 new civilian hires and more

of 360,000 applied for 19,000 positions in 2019. Meanwhile, 20,000 civilian contracts will expire. The 2020 hiring cycle officially began in June, and many military members who were recently ineligible for retirement benefits will become New Deal citizens.

In addition, some New Deal citizens are called up for military service. All cadets must meet and complete the basic cadet training standards. Every opportunity and effort is made to assist, guide and train cadets for training.

If leadership determines that a cadet is physically or mentally unable to meet the requirements after each attempt to assist the cadet, they will recommend removal from the cadet staff list, deferment to the cadet's next basic training, or continuation of the

Basic. Cadet training. Upon completion of initial training, recruits are assigned a private rank; the second year are private in the first class. After two years, recruits can be conscripted or, if they volunteer, can be selected to become the UN.

After the exam, they can also attend the military academy to become an officer. In fact, the two-year call period is a trial period. Second BCT expands First BCT's physical and military training, taking cadets to Jack Valley, a 3,300-acre rural training area on academy grounds.

Courses run to and from Jack Valley to push your physical limits to develop self-confidence and teamwork skills. Second BCT also introduces cadets to small unit tactics and weapons. It concludes with a welcome parade, which marks the transition to the academic year and the incorporation of the new fourth-year cadets into the cadet wing.

In a parade-related ceremony, newly minted fourth-year cadets swear the Academy's Honor Code and pledge to live by its principles, embodying the core values of honor, ethics and education interpersonal of BCT. It's the end of six very busy weeks, but it's also the start of new and different challenges that come to the academy every year.

To date, no NCO who has entered the PLA under the new system has advanced in their entire 30-year career. Further adjustments are expected over the next decade. Finding enough jobs for the growing number of large organizations will be a big challenge.

Teaching them to do these things well adds to the challenge. New duties for senior officers should not come at the expense of officers who may be intimidated by some officers. As the officer-NCO relationship continues to shift toward the latter, PLA leadership wants to empower HHGs with greater autonomy and flexibility.

But this change does not happen quickly and requires institutional reforms, especially in the field of professional training. Educational evaluations. All basic cadets must score 80% or higher on Air Force-based tests (eg, Command, Standards and Discipline, Customs and Courtesy).

drilling Basic cadets are assessed on individual exercises in groups of four or less. Inadequate performance requires drill training and overhaul. This course is equivalent to 3 credits at degree level. It is graded on a pass/fail system and transcripts will reflect this.

Note that this course does not provide teaching certification, but completion of this course is a statutory requirement for teaching American military history to Cadet Command personnel. Cadet basic training does not begin until the last week of June, as most incoming cadets do not graduate from high school until mid-June.

Basic cadet training concludes the first week of August before the start of the academic year and intercollegiate athletics. The appearance of hyperlinks is not an endorsement by the Department of the Air Force or the information, products or services contained therein.

Privacy Policy After basic training, the new soldiers were sent to their units in December. Units typically spent four months developing individual, team, section, and company skills, then increased the volume and complexity of exercises during the previous advanced training season, which typically lasted from May

in October or November. Second-year drafts are drafted in September, but this period can be extended if they attend essential training. The 2013 initiation date change did not significantly affect the drop in heavy unit training that was drafted during basic training.

Saturday AM Review (SAMI). These unexamined basic cadets are advised and admitted to fail in the suspended areas on the day of completion of the examination. Basic cadets are re-examined on failed points and referred to Sq/CC for further advice and competency review for subsequent failures.

BCT Part 1 takes place on the academy campus, also known as "the hill". During BCT Phase 1, there are basic cadet medicals, placement tests, room inspections, and security clearances. They will learn basic military skills such as meet and greet and receive a contrail book with military quotes and knowledge.

In addition, basic trainees will take the Basic Athletic Fitness Test (AFT) and the Physical Fitness Test (PFT). 2nd BCT Division is located in Jack Valley where the main cadets are housed and live in tents.

BCT Part 2 includes outdoor challenges such as Assault Assault, Obstacle Course and Leadership Course. Learn more about basic cadet training. The PLA modernization timelines of 2035 and 2049 are long enough to require significant adjustments to personnel and training systems, and may take a full generation to implement and refine.

But unlike their counterparts in modern military forces, PLA officers, HH and enlisted personnel are still working to establish effective procedures for communicating and communicating with each other. Social factors beyond the control of the PLA influence the development of relations between officers and soldiers.

The PLA has been trying to modernize its registered force over the past two decades. The professionalization of the non-commissioned officer corps continues, but a major step in the transformation of the military service has been delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Although the PLA recently laid off 300,000 officers, civil servants and conscripts, the increase in contract civilians performing force support, if not combat, offsets some of that reduction. Over time, the number of civilian recruits is expected to increase significantly and increase the capabilities of combat forces.

As part of our mission to develop professional leaders, the academy is used as a leadership laboratory for advanced cadets, specializing from military trainers to prepare for teaching positions known as cadets. Cadet cadres carry out basic cadet training under the supervision of staff and specialists.

Completion of summer leadership programs, such as basic cadet training, is a graduation requirement for upperclassmen. Mail is the only means of communication with basic cadets during Basic Cadet Training (BCT). We recommend that you send letters and cards by regular mail.

We recommend that you number your shipments (for example, the letter 2) and mark your cadet's BCT squadron after their name to help them arrive faster. Basic cadets will find time to write letters during BCT and are encouraged by their instructors to do so.

There are usually eight BCT squads. Each senior cadet is assigned to a squadron from A to H and will wear a hat of the appropriate color for his squadron when in service uniform. Within each squadron, the cadets are divided into four flights (a, b, c, d).

The Military History Instructor Course (MHIC) is a 10-day/85-hour course of military history instruction for ROTC personnel, state military academy personnel, civilian academics, and others to teach military history of the USA to cadets and candidates.

Turning civilian recruits into military academy cadets in six weeks is no mean feat. Each day of basic cadet training is important for rapid assimilation into military culture, standards and values. In addition, the United States Air Force and the Department of Defense require that mandatory classes, training, placement testing, medical appointments, orientation, uniform and equipment issues, and other activities

for key cadets to be completed within a specified period of time after arrival at the academy. . These requests currently take a total of 38 days to complete. After completing a reduction of 300,000 personnel in 2017, the PLA now consists of 2 million active duty personnel and civilian personnel (wenzhi ganbu, 文聚干部), HHG and conscripts.

However, the Chinese government has not officially reduced the number of employees in each category. Based on reports that officers make up half of the 300,000 personnel, we estimate that officers and civilian personnel currently number about 450,000 (23%), HHGs about 850,000 (42%), and enlisted about 700,000 (35%)

. Although it is a PLA tradition that "officers love soldiers and soldiers respect officers", socialization and high levels of party control can make it difficult to develop effective personal relationships between officers and society organizations

civilian in their new roles. Giving greater responsibility to the United Nations supports the PLA's emphasis on centralization to ensure more decentralized and independent operations at lower levels than before. But recent reforms have concentrated more security and oversight powers in the offices of the Central Military Commission, sending a mixed message to the forces, especially "ultimate commanders", about looking over their shoulders and second-guessing their decisions.

All basic cadets must score at least 80% on standardized tests of Air Force knowledge (eg, command, standards and discipline, customs and courtesy) and minimum knowledge of the Force's mission, vision, and rank structure Spatial .

In January of this year, the PLA announced that it would adjust its recruitment and induction schedule from once a year to twice a year (induction takes place in March and September). However, the outbreak of the new coronavirus delayed the initial implementation of the new system, postponing the test until at least 2021. In practice, two recruitment and demobilization cycles per year can increase the strength of personnel to higher levels, up to

and all in heavy recruiting units. This will improve the integrity and readiness of the unit. In 2017, the PLA began experimenting with consolidating initiation training hosted by military, regional, or theater-level training bases in some units.

Experienced personnel were selected to be the unit responsible for training large numbers of new soldiers. This has helped relieve divisions and brigades of the responsibility of conducting basic training at their facilities and can lead to more consistent training standards across the force.

In 2018, the army extended the training of new soldiers by three months to train specialists before they are sent to permanent units. This practice, similar to the training that US military personnel receive in military specialty training, further facilitates permanent responsibility units for this type of training.

In 2013, new soldiers attended induction training in September and the recruitment and call-up period was moved to August. The main motivation for this change was to shorten the time between graduation and enrollment, and to attract more graduates and undergraduates.

Over the past decade, PLA has recruited more than 1.5 million college students. Before the expansion of the NCO system in 1999, recruits served three or four years, then could volunteer for an additional 12 years or until age 35.

Under the current system, an HHG can serve for 30 years or until age. 55 after the rank of Sergeant to the higher rank of First Sergeant. This new seventh level was necessary as HHGs took up new jobs at higher levels as HHGs continued their service longer than before.

Xi Jinping, chairman of the Central Military Commission, and the PLA consider the non-commissioned officer corps as the "backbone" force and believe that improving the quality of non-commissioned officers will deepen the specialization and modernization of the entire military

. Chinese official media often emphasize that future battles will be fought by a squad leader or non-commissioned officer. NCO team leaders, along with officer platoon leaders, are considered the "ultimate commanders" who are tactically skilled, decisive, and able to take the initiative on the battlefield.

This fall, it remains to be seen whether the PLA expands its testing to conduct initiation training at multiple consolidated bases rather than separate units. Based on the PLA's experience with this practice over the past few years, we believe this will happen by requiring training personnel to be permanently assigned to bases to accommodate large cohorts of new soldiers each year.

This should lead departments to get better trained staff. We will have to wait until next year to know if the next big step -- the two drafts -- will be fulfilled. Similar to the intramural season during the academic year, senior cadets will represent their teams in a variety of sports and compete against other BCT operations teams.

All team sports are mixed. Varsity sports teams will consist of recruited athletes and players. This provides a safer and more competitive environment for those core cadets who wish to compete at the collegiate level. The BCT concludes with an indoor field day.

All basic cadets must participate in at least one field day athletic event.
